Litter Lout on The Mall


Normally The Mall is utterly litter free, not a sweet wrapper in sight.


However, this morning some litter lout left their rubbish all over the junction at Malborough Road.

Horsey Hyde Park

There’s always plenty to see in Hyde park as I cycle through it in the morning.

It is mainly horses though; here we have what I’m pretty sure are some Blues and Royals drilling in the background, with a horse drawn carriage en-route to Buckingham Palace in the foreground.

Underground Equations




Whilst drunkenly leaning against a one person signal control box on the platform at Acton Town underground station recently I noticed some scribbles on the back plate.

I looked a little closer, expecting tea or coffee orders, phone numbers, or even some abuse for the next person on shift, but no, what I saw is what I think are equations from Einstein’s theory of general relativity. Or is it special relativity?
